I read a review recommended by our Pastor's wife
about the Twilight series that is increasing
exponentially in popularity. HERE is the link.
"So, one wonders, how many churches and church youth groups are getting involved in a Bible study based on the Twilight series? And, how many Christians are getting trapped into the new emergent-style deception of Hegelian "dialoging"? How many realize this type of "dialectic" group thinking (conversation) is an attempt to compromise Christian faith based on God's absolute truths with the idea that Truth is relative and shifts? God's ways and thoughts are not open to discussion! Jesus said "I am the way, the truth, and the life" (Jn. 14:6)." ~Caryl Matrisciana

4 Sentiments of Others:
Hello Moorea!
I have not seen nor have I read the twilight series, but am quite alarmed by the amount of Christians that do and love it. And then there's "The Shack." Coming from a new age background I found it riddled with new age thought and concepts. I'm alarmed about that one too! Have you read the shack and what did you think? I only read it because because my boss started quoting from it as if it were scripture. We are living in the end times sister!
I hope your having a lovely week! Now I must go look up those two words "hegelian" whoo! That's a biggy! Must find out what it means.
xoxo Cori
Cori,
I have not read the Shack, it sounds creepy to me in the first place! We are living in the end times, Amen.
Did you read her whole article on the link? My boys were shocked. It has really helped them cement their knowledge about it, as a few of their friends (girls) at church are into it. Sad!
Let me know what you find about "hegelian, " I as going to check on that also.

Hi Moorea,
I saved the link, but haven't had time to read the article yet. It has been an insane week at work and I'm exhausted, but I'll read it over the weekend.
I hope you're having a lovely time.
xoxo
Thank you for this link, Moorea. I really do not 'get' the intense draw so many Christians have for Twilight. I'm off to read the article.
